We've just entered the Canva Small Business Pitch Challenge 2026, and this is our story.

fōrm&blōm began with a simple belief: the things we surround ourselves with shape the way we live.

As architects, we wanted to take our design thinking beyond architecture—creating a place where thoughtfully curated furniture, homeware and sculptural floristry come together to celebrate contemporary British craftsmanship and help people create homes that are personal, timeless and built to last.

Over the past year, we've discovered an extraordinary community of independent British makers and growers whose work deserves a wider audience. Supporting them, while helping to breathe new life into our high street in Oakham, has become our mission.

Entering this challenge is another step on that journey. Whatever the outcome, we're incredibly proud of what we've built so far and grateful to everyone who has supported us along the way.
