Last week, I celebrated teaching 400+ Lagree classes🤍 Proof that time really does fly when you’re doing something you love!

Taking the leap into a method I’m deeply passionate about has been one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve made. Here are just a few of the lessons the past 400+ classes have taught me:

• confidence
• how to lead with intention
• patience — with myself and others 🤍
• a deeper mind–body connection
• consistency over perfection
• that strength looks different on everyone
• knowing when to push and when to rest
• the joy of meeting new people
• a genuine love for teaching and educating others on the Lagree method ❤️‍🔥

As I step into upcoming Level 2 trainings, I’m excited to see what the next 400+ classes bring.

This is your sign to dive deeper into what you’re passionate about. What’s the worst that could happen?🫶🏻 taken in Baltimore, Maryland by @form_with_farrah

• keep hips in line with shoulders (H-line)
• bend knees until underneath your hips
• knuckles down, thumbs up (a personal struggle)

watch me smile my way through the burn as my clients come in for my next class 😅

reverse super lunge (4min)🔥
•full rom
•standing row
•pulse
•bicep curl

I always start this exercise kneeling on the carriage, shoulders stacked on top of hips in a silver line and rowing the cables in to warm up my upper body before rising. My favorite lagree lunge yet! taken in Baltimore, Maryland by @form_with_farrah

January - the month of obliques!

Left oblique block from today:

Twisted Catfish
Twisted saw
Kneeling side torso crunch

Why are our obliques so important? They support core stability, protect your spine and help you move with strength and control in everyday twists, bends and balance. Training them improves posture, prevents injury, and creates a stronger, more functional core overall!!

I’ll go more in depth into proper form for each exercise in another video 🤸🏻 taken in Baltimore, Maryland by @form_with_farrah
