This past summer, our Cheese Buyer and Imports Manager, David Robinson, and Head Cheese Buyer, Marc Hernandez, traveled across Spain and France. During their journey, they paid visits to some of our long-time producers and also discovered new partners along the way. Caviar’s favorite (and overall crowd-favorite) potato chip is back in stock: @bonillaalavista! These Spanish potato chips are fried in olive oil, giving them a delightfully light and crisp texture. And, they have the perfect amount of salt. We just restocked the mini 40g tins (pictured here), 275g tins, 150g family-sized bags, and 50g individual-sized bags. Stop in any of our shops or shop online via our website. by @formaggiosouthend

These pretty bags are filled with the most delicious, delicate little French style butter cookies. Made in Arlington, MA by George Duverger with just three ingredients: flour, sugar, and salted butter. We've been carrying these for a while but they recently got a packaging upgrade. Now they're even cuter. So yummy. by @formaggiosouthend
Today is World Pasta Day! We have our General Manager and our in-house pasta expert, Liz, highlighting two pastas that we carry in store and you won’t find in regular supermarkets! First up is Marco Giacosa and their pappardelle egg pasta. Perfect to make when you want something special! Next up is Feudo Mondello, a whole wheat pasta from Sicily. Liz is highlighting the traditional Busiate pasta shape, which best served with pesto trapanese. by @formaggiosouthend

Cheesemonger, Andrew, is sharing one of his favorite fall cheeses with us today: Lincolnshire Poacher. This raw cow’s milk cheese is creamy and rich. It comes to us from our friends @poachercheese in England via @nealsyarddairy Stop by today and ask our cheesemongers for a taste! by @formaggiosouthend
When the Monte Veronese Malga wheel is PERFECTION. This Northern Italian cow's milk cheese is made in the Alpine mountains north of Verona but ONLY in the summer when the cows are up in the high fields eating the most complex array of herbs, grasses, and flowers. The varied diet of the cows makes for the richest, most flavorful milk, and you can taste the complexity in the cheese. Ask for a taste next time you're in! by @formaggiosouthend
