DAC7 law is a European directive regarding the taxation of online merchants, including small traders. This means that even smaller sellers will be subject to taxes. In some countries, it might not have a significant impact, but in Italy, it could be more severe than expected.

As far as I'm concerned, as the owner of the Formaldehyde and Unenjoyable labels, I am just a small part of the market that will be affected by this law because I am not a merchant. For me, music is just a passion, and I wanted to support the artists I admire.

What will happen now? From this moment on, I will close my stores on LimitedRun because if I reach the limit of 30 sales, they will close my pages unless I provide my data. However, as I have already said, I am not a merchant and have never wanted to be one.

All my albums have been sold without profit, with the sole aim of being able to produce new records, exchange them, and discover new realities.

Is this the end? Probably not, considering that I would have soon taken a summer break anyway. If there is still interest in my label, I could go back to the roots: word of mouth. I will use social media and email to share my creations, providing a list via email for those interested in my records. And all of this will always be done with the DIY attitude that I do not want to abandon.

Leave me a comment to let me know if you think it's a good idea, otherwise, it will mean that, after years, I can conclude that it was still a positive experience. by @formaldehydeproduction

Intimacy ventures into the realm of harsh noise, pushing the boundaries of sonic exploration to unearth the raw, unfiltered essence of human desire. With a foundation rooted in Freudian theory, this album serves as a sonic excavation, stripping away layers of societal veneer to expose the primal urges that pulse beneath the surface. Each cacophonous track reverberates with the dissonance of the subconscious, wielding a relentless barrage of abrasive textures and ear-splitting frequencies. Through this onslaught of sound, Intimacy confronts listeners with the uncomfortable truth of their own inner turmoil, forcing them to grapple with the visceral reality of their deepest desires. This is not music for the faint of heart; it's a visceral assault on the senses—a cathartic release that lays bare the tangled web of human emotion in all its chaotic glory.

This is not merely a remastered edition, but rather a meticulous republication of two highly sought-after albums, now presented together in two distinct and exceedingly limited editions. Choose between a single violet vinyl CD-R or the classic allure of the tape format.

This album is for those with a daring taste

UNDER THE AGE OF CONSENT is an Italian harsh noise duo formed by Roger Kemper alias NO-JOY and WALL DISNEY.
"SOFT MUSIC" is the first album of this project and is the result of fascinating rivers of fucking feedback, perverse passions and extreme equalizations.

Recorded and improvised in the Loden Room using ancient techniques, fairy pedals and sound saturations.

Searching for the perfect sound digging through brilliant distortions the fetish towards pure noise is finally deteriorating and defining periods of our profound paranoia.
