Another Milestone 🚨 ‼️

Somewhere along the way, bodybuilding became obsessed with physiques and forgot the art that brings them to life.

I don’t want that to disappear.

The elegance of Classic Physique. The intensity of Open Bodybuilding. The confidence behind every walk, every transition and every pose.

Over the years I’ve competed across multiple stages, refined my physique, earned my Pro status, and fallen more in love with the process every single season.

But through it all, one thing has always stood out to me.

Posing.

Because a physique gets you noticed.

Posing is what makes people remember you.

It’s the final piece of the puzzle. The opportunity to showcase years of discipline with confidence, control and character.

A place dedicated to educating, inspiring and preserving the artistry of bodybuilding.

Condition came in even sharper this time around…every week we keep refining the details and bringing a better version to the stage. ⚔️

Funny enough…a last minute song choice ended up making all the difference.
Everything just clicked. The flow, the energy, the emotion behind it all.

More than anything, I genuinely enjoyed this one.
No overthinking…just being present, expressing myself and keeping the art of posing alive the way it deserves to be.

Pouring everything into these routines has become one of my favourite parts of competing.
Not just showcasing a physique…but telling a story with it. 🎭

Funny thing is… this was choreographed 4 weeks out.

Wasn’t even sure I’d execute it how I saw it in my head, and looking back now… still thinking “yeah, not quite it” 😅
But that’s the standard I hold myself to.

Because posing isn’t just hitting shots, it’s a craft.
And I’m nowhere near done refining it.

Every show, every routine, every rep gets sharper.

From a long, graft-heavy fat loss phase straight into his first ever Classic prep… now into peak week 👊

December 2025 → March 2026
Started off flat as a board, learning how to move, how to present… now look at the difference.
Relentless work. No shortcuts. Just consistency. 🔥

First timers always underestimate this part — posing isn’t optional, it’s EVERYTHING.
You can build a great physique, but if you can’t display it properly on stage… it doesn’t get rewarded.

Posing is:
• Control under fatigue
• Showcasing strengths / hiding weaknesses
• Breathing, composure, and presence
• Turning hard-earned muscle into a winning look

Proud is an understatement. First peak week, first time pushing this level — and he’s showing up properly.

Let’s finish this strong 💥
