Celebrating TWO months of personal training with the GOAT, @tredinastylesms @formeandfunctionstudios! 💪🏾🐐❤️ Thank you so much for my two-month mark happy! This was such a thoughtful gift—even the mini strawberry cupcake from @addycakesandcookies! 🧁🤤 And let me tell you, I have NOT had a cupcake since I started training, so I enjoyed every bite! 😂

Two months of intentionally moving my body, lifting weights three times a week, and making healthier choices. And the results are showing—I’ve lost weight, lost inches, and gained so much energy! 🙌🏾

There were days when I didn’t want to move, but I reminded myself that movement is a privilege—one that many people do not have. So, I move because I can. ❤️
And let me tell you about Tredina! She is an amazing personal trainer who is genuinely passionate about fitness, health, and helping people become stronger versions of themselves. She doesn’t just talk about a healthy lifestyle—she LIVES it. She is literally a walking marketing campaign for fitness and health! 😂💪🏾
And the motivation?! Baby! 😂 On the days when I think I don’t have anything left, Tredina somehow finds a little more in me. She will push you beyond what you think your limits are, while encouraging you the entire way. And when the workout is over, you’re tired, sweaty, and wondering what just happened—but SO proud of yourself! 😂🔥

I normally don’t post my clients’ results, but I’m SO proud of Sherry! 💪🏽🍑

51 years young and she came to me ready for CHANGE! We haven’t even hit the 2-month mark yet, and babyyyy… the peach is GROWING 🍑 and that FUPA is LEAVING! 👏🏽👏🏽
