I’ve been lightly sharing that there have been some unexpected changes happening behind the scenes, and I think it’s finally time to tell you what’s going on.

For now, Show Pony’s doors are closing. But that doesn’t mean Show Pony is disappearing. It just means she’s going to look a little different for a little while.

And before anyone panics 😂 if you have an appointment booked with me, it is absolutely still happening! I’ll be here for one final week at Show Pony, so cheers to the last week🤎

My website is currently in the works, so for those of you who not only support me, but genuinely love my little creative expressions, the jewelry, the clothes, the weird little things I make with my hands and whatever else my brain decides we need, don’t go anywhere.

Somehow, I ran this entire thing for four years completely by myself. Every piercing. Every email. Every post. Every order. Every piece of jewelry I designed, reworked, packaged and shipped. Every consultation. Every booking. Every late night. Every tiny behind the scenes thing nobody ever saw.

And somewhere along the way, I got to work with around 4,041 actual humans. Which honestly feels completely wild to say out loud.

I am so, so lucky.

There’s a little piece of my heart that aches over this shift. Show Pony has been such a huge part of my life, and I know I’ll carry so many pieces of what it was with me. But underneath the sadness, I also feel this really big, beautiful sense of peace.

Because ya girl is tired 😮‍💨

I could probably write a lifetime’s worth of memories about this space, but I think it might be even more special to hear some of yours.

If you have a favourite Show Pony memory, a piercing, a piece of jewelry, a ridiculous conversation, a first visit, a friendship, or a moment that made you feel especially yourself, please tell me about it. I would genuinely love to read them.

And don’t worry, I’m not done being the people’s piercer yet🤎

So don’t leave.

A little sneak peek of the first “merch” drop🤎

This has been something I’ve wanted to make for a long time.

Sustainable “merch” made from secondhand pieces. Some have visible mending. Some let the life they’ve already lived show.

The first drop is this Sunday, July 26 at 7 PM.
It’ll be a story sale.

I’m excited to finally share these with you and see what you gravitate toward. It’ll also give me a better idea of where to take this next.
