This is our reset button. Shade, water, wood underfoot, and a single tree catching the sun. The long proportions pull you forward while reflections bounce soft light back into the house. taken in Los Angeles, California by @formoa_

The stair is treated almost as an extension of the terrain, running alongside a rough stone wall rather than separating itself from the site. That contrast between precise architecture and irregular masonry gives the approach a strong sense of place. taken in Girona, Costa Brava, Spain by @formoa_

The vertical timber screen works as both facade and filter, adding privacy while still allowing light and views to pass through. Repeating one simple element across the elevation gives the exterior texture and depth without introducing a separate decorative language. taken in Oslo, Norway by @formoa_

A single skylight changes the character of this heavy, enclosed room by bringing daylight directly into its center. The contrast between the rough concrete shell and the soft natural light gives the space a sense of weight and openness at the same time. taken in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia by @formoa_

A timber screen provides privacy without fully separating the bath from the adjoining space, allowing light and sightlines to continue through. The vertical slats also bring warmth and texture to an otherwise pared-back material palette, giving the room a softer edge. by @formoa_

An arched niche gives this bedroom a subtle focal point without adding much visual weight. The move introduces depth into an otherwise simple wall and gives the room a more composed, almost built-in quality while keeping the overall palette quiet. taken in Copenhagen, Denmark by @formoa_

The existing rock wall becomes the primary architectural element, with everything around it kept pale, simple, and deliberately secondary. Rather than competing with the irregular surface, the interior uses clean lines and soft light to make the natural stone feel integral to the room. taken in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia by @formoa_

This corridor is treated as more than circulation, with full-height glazing turning the passage into a room in its own right. The contrast between transparency on one side and a solid wall on the other creates a strong sense of direction while keeping the landscape present throughout. taken in Deià, Mallorca by @formoa_

The strength of this small pavilion comes from its siting as much as its form, with the volume tucked quietly into the surrounding landscape. Its compact footprint and simple geometry allow it to feel embedded in the vineyard rather than placed on top of it. taken in Évora, Alentejo, Portugal. by @formoa_

A central water court slows the approach and turns the entry into a sequence rather than a single moment. Weathered steel, dark water, and timber walls share the same earthy register, giving the space a strong material identity without relying on decorative elements. taken in Sao paulo by @formoa_

Set directly along the edge of the slope, the house relies on a low roofline and continuous glass to stay visually connected to the site. The architecture feels deliberately secondary to the view, allowing the terrain and horizon to define the experience of the room. taken in Bell Canyon by @formoa_
