Tim Hansford is the designer and maker behind Form-s, a concrete manufacturing company born from a deep appreciation for concrete and its possibilities. With a background in sculpture and design, Tim has been crafting unique concrete pieces for over 15 years under the name Love Concrete. In 2024, this passion evolved into the rebrand as Form-s, marking a new chapter.

Starting from experimenting in a home garage, Tim has since expanded into a purpose-built factory in Adelaide. Each Form-s piece reflects his love for raw materials, clean lines, and thoughtful form.

Form-s is a fresh and innovative concrete manufacturing company based in Adelaide, South Australia. We are a group of driven individuals who are passionate about concrete in all of its forms, from tilt up pre-cast concrete to the humble concrete pot.

Form-s has a vision to create and deliver unique and beautifully crafted concrete solutions for use in building, exterior and interior spaces. We explore the infinite possibilities of concrete and terrazzo, our constant experimentation leading to the development of innovative objects and finishes. Our collaborative relationships with architects, designers and clients are underpinned by over 20 years of experience and knowledge.
