I made this for my mom. That’s the whole truth of it.

She was recovering from surgery, in pain, and I couldn’t find anything on the shelf I actually trusted to put on her skin. So I made my own.

“Wait… why are there two brands?” We get this question a lot lately, so let’s clear it up. 👇

🖤 When we started making skincare, we couldn’t use the FormulaK8 name on a cosmetic because of trademark issues.

🖤 So we got a little clever. Same K, different ending: KVIII. That’s K + VIII, the Roman numeral for 8.

And yes, it’s pronounced “Kates.” 😉
