Anyone else think we need to get Forrest some pads and maybe some gloves?! Well, at least he's wearing a full face 😁

T and I went out to visit Forrest in his natural habitat. He wanted to take us camping above the tree line. We headed to Valhalla national forest and hiked up to Gimley Lake. We drove an hour on backroads over some pretty harrowing terrain. There is chicken wire to wrap your cars with at the trailhead. This is to protect your vehicle from having their break lines chewed on by porcupines. I had more nightmares about porcupines than the local grizzly bears🤣. What an epic experience to share with my boys! We are grateful to Jay for all of the backcountry training he has provided throughout the years. He stayed home to work so that he can provide opportunities like this for his family. Thanks babe! by @forrestkipps
