🪗✨ November is here… and yes, I know, I'm already 3 days late! 👀 But honestly, after everything we experienced at the festival, can you really blame me? I'm still trying to recover from all the emotions, the hugs, the dancing, the laughter and all those beautiful moments we shared. Apparently, my body is slowly recovering, but my heart is still somewhere at the festival. ❤️ But hey, life goes on, and so does the forró! 💃🕺 November is here with more opportunities to meet, dance, discover new events and keep those beautiful connections alive. So, here's your November Monthly Overview! Take a look, save your dates and let's keep the forró going. 🪗 And a little reminder for all event organizers: if your event isn't on this month's overview, make sure to send it to us in advance so we can include it in next month's edition! 😉 And who knows… maybe we'll meet again on a dance floor very soon! Warm forró hugs, Forró de Colônia 💛 by @forrodecolonia
Meet the first vinyl DJ at our Festinha: EITA PABLITO! 🥳 🗓️ 06.11.26 🕗 20:00-0:00 📍 Mehrgenerationenhaus (Kerckhoffstr. 22B, Essen) Straight from Campina Grande, Paraíba, Brazil — home to the world’s biggest São João celebration — Pablito brings the sounds, stories, and traditions of Northeastern Brazilian music to Essen! 🪗 Raised on stories of legendary artists from his hometown of Campina Grande, such as Jackson do Pandeiro, Marinês, Genival Lacerda, Zito da Borborema, and Biliu de Campina, as well as iconic Forró legends like Luiz Gonzaga, Trio Nordestino, Flávio José, Elba Ramalho, and Dominguinhos, Pablito grew up surrounded by the music and stories that shaped his passion for Forró. For him, it’s more than music — it’s part of his roots. ❤️‍🔥 Since starting his Forró vinyl collection in 2019, he’s been digging into the rich musical heritage of the Northeast, one record at a time. 💿 Now, for his first Forró party behind the turntables, he’s bringing that passion to the dance floor at Festinha! 🔥 Get ready for a journey through baião, xaxado, xote, rojão, and much more — all straight from the grooves of vinyl. From Paraíba to Essen, it’s time to celebrate the roots, feel the rhythm, and dance Forró together! BOTA O DISCO PRA GIRAR, QUE O FORRÓ VAI COMEÇAR! 💃🏽🕺🏽 Vinyl culture rocks! ✌🏽💿 #forró #festinha #vinylrecords #culture #dance by @forrodecolonia

Welcome to Forró Culture in Colours! 🎨 Memories of a fantastic experience creating meaningful banners for the last FdC Festival, "Sanfona Sentida", in 2026. This creative workshop was born from the passionate heart of Carolina (@carolinaforro ) to promote Forró culture and was created in cooperation with Christale (@seiloscoaching ) and her Creative Lab — Art Coaching concept, which offers workshops for self-care and self-growth through art and creativity. This unique experience, funded by @forrodecolonia , offered a fresh perspective on forró music and culture by encouraging participants to interpret and connect with it in their own creative way. Would you like to take part next time? Let us know in the comments! #forró #creativity #forroculture by @forrodecolonia
