Thank you @ysegoesforro for supporting me with the class and the demonstration! It is always a pleasure to dance with you! Also, thank you @dj_pastel for filming the demonstration!!!!

I had so much fun teaching at this festival. The students were absolutely amazing! Completely engaged and keen to learn. Thank you so much for your attention and energy!

Foundation Level class tonight @artshousestudios . You guys did GREAT! That was a lot of fun 🤩

Next week we have more classes on Monday & Tuesday!

I’ll post the agenda of parties in London in August as well in our stories for today. The best way to improve is to dance whenever you can! There will be parties this Friday, Saturday & Sunday!

Join us in August for our next Forró Roots course for Intermediate dancers on Mondays in Camden Town @artshousestudios

We’ll be building on top of the foundations covered in the previous month, and combining all of the weekly class content into a sequence. Each week will build on the previous week!

This course takes place on the following dates in August:

- Monday 3rd
- Monday 10th
- Monday 17th
- Monday 24th

The course is split into 4 parts where we will be covering different movements and themes, giving you more confidence on the dancefloor.

- Week 1: Floating, Skipping and Twisting
- Week 2: Introduction to Giro Paulista
- Week 3: Combining Caminhada & Trava with Giro Paulista
- Week 4: Push Pull with Breaks

Join us for Forró no Farol — a vibrant night of Brazilian rhythms, dancing, and community spirit at The Lighthouse Bar & Club!

On Wednesday 5th August 2026, we’re turning up the heat with an evening dedicated to Forró, the infectious partner dance from Northeast Brazil.

Kick off the night with a free dance class at 7:30pm, perfect for newcomers and seasoned dancers alike.

Then, from 8:15pm to 11:00pm, DJ Chinedu will keep the energy flowing with the best Forró beats that will have everyone on the dance floor.

Come for the music, stay for the atmosphere — meet new people, dance your heart out, and experience a taste of Brazil in the heart of London.
