For those of you wonderful folks planning to visit on Sunday, October 11, please know that we have been keeping a constant watch on the ever-changing weather predictions. The last storm they predicted barely touched us. Not even enough to water our plants. So, before we do anything drastic like canceling a day of this beloved limited event, we are waiting to see if the storm will just pass us by like last time. If it does pass over us, it could end up being the best day of the event, with cooler temps and more of the fall feels... Fingers crossed! However, if you have already purchased tickets for Sunday and would like to transfer to another date of the same event, please let us know before Sunday and we will happily offer a complimentary transfer of your tickets. We tried the Autumn Jubilee at Fort Cross for our Julian fall day, and I picked this one because I wanted something the bigger kids would actually be excited about too. ๐ŸŽฏ๐Ÿ‚ The paintball slingshots pretty much sold me ๐Ÿ˜‚ โ€” and ended up being one of our favorite activities. We also did tomahawk throwing + archery, the girls loved the rope swings, and our toddler was all about the tractors and hayride. ๐Ÿšœ We made a fall craft together, visited the animals, and they also have U-pick pumpkins if you want to add pumpkin picking to your day. ๐ŸŽƒ We didnโ€™t end up picking pumpkins this time, but I love that itโ€™s an option because we prefer picking them from the field. This ended up being such a fun stop for our mixed-age crew because there was something for everyone to do. ๐Ÿ“ Fort Cross โ€ข Santa Ysabel / Julian area ๐Ÿ‚ Autumn Jubilee Tip: Check the ticket options before you go because the activities are offered in different packages. Save this for your Julian fall day ๐Ÿค #JulianCA #JulianWithKids #FortCross #SoCalWithKids #SouthernCaliforniaFamilies taken in Fort Cross Old Timey Adventures by @fortcrossadventures
