Happy Saturday! The first week of the month just came to an end and I know there's a lot of anxiety in the air cause everyone's trying to get it right before the year comes to a close but don't let the pressure of getting everything right stop you from living your life and making mistakes cause that the only way we can learn and do better. Have a beautiful weekend. #forthepainsofgrowing #affirmationsoftheday #saturdaymotivation #affirmationsforanxiety by @forthepainsofgrowing

As we celebrate world suicide prevention day today we're sending love to everyone struggling with suicidal thoughts and everyone who's lost a loved one to suicide. We stand in solidarity with everyone who struggles with their mental health cause we know together we're stronger and together we can eliminate the stigma that surrounds mental health and the face battles surrounding it. So Today we urge you to check on your loved ones, tell them you love them and reassure them of the safe space they have in you, offer your support in whatever way you can, ask what they need, and spend time with them. And to anyone struggling with their mental health, we want to assure you there's nothing to be ashamed of, speak up and get the help you deserve, reach out to your loved ones, and allow them to be there for you, they may not know exactly what you may be going through but I assure everyone's struggled with their mental health at some point, we love you and we're always rooting for you.
- Love the @forthepainsofgrowing family.
