Last night was my last class coaching @identityjiujitsu for some time. It was the best sendoff I could ask for before the transitioning into this new journey as a father. I’m so grateful for everyone who showed up and for everyone who put their trust into me since the beginning of the nogi program to develop their grappling skills. So much growth took place over the past year with so many team members and I am extremely proud 🥹

As I always say, it has always been about community at the core for me. Build a strong community and everything else positive follows. I teared up at the end of class yesterday as I shared some closing thoughts — it was because I was reflecting on how proud I am of the community we built. Rome, Italy 🇮🇹 Summer 2026

An early morning photo shoot at the Trevi Fountain with the most beautiful light. Traveling with a toddler isn’t easy, but it’s worth every moment creating memories like these with Theo.

He loved gelato, cruising around in his stroller, riding vintage elevators, and clinking glasses of sparkling water with us at every meal. 🥂

This Mother’s Day feels extra special.

Christmas in New York is so magical! I have never been much of a Christmas person but think this trip has changed my mind.

I can see why New York is busiest during the holiday season. The city is filled with twinkling lights, festive with reds, and has such stunning decorations. So grateful to spend time here with my little family. taken in New York City by @fortuanately
