So after 4 years running the Process in Huntertown it is time to finally close out this chapter and move on to the next!

Don't quite freak out here. Yes I am closing the store, however Josh's Jungle is still going strong. We just won't have a brick and mortar you can shop at during the week. You will always be able to find me @ylnifarmersmarket every Saturday 9am to 1pm. Stay tuned to social media for other markets we may return to.

Yes this is an immediate thing. I am no longer running normal business hours at all. I will be in there sporadically cleaning up and getting ready for the next thing so you can stop and shop then. Any gift cards purchased will be able to be honored at my booth through the Farmer's markets.

Fresh sourdough bagels and bread hitting the shelves all week long come stock up before it gets to cold this weekend! Open until 6pm tomorrow and 9 to 6 Saturday!

Still plenty of room to sign up for our first class this Sunday. Between 3 and 5pm this Sunday I will be diving into the world of saurkraut and giving an introduction to fermentation! These are free classes so come learn something this year! Just message me or show up!

I hope you all had a great holiday! We sure did over here. Now that 2026 is here we need to look towards the future and what better way to do that than with our free how to classes. Yes you heard me free classes. Come in hang out for a couple hours and let me walk you through step by step how we prepare some of these home staples!

Here is the line-up for this year.

January 18th- Saurkraut and fermenting basics
January 25th- Health and wellness(elderberry syrup, garlic fermented in honey, and fire cider)
February 8th- Apples(Apple juice, Apple sauce, Apple butter)
February 22nd- Pickles (cucumbers)
March 8th- Salsa
March 22nd- Seed starting and transplanting
April 19th- Sourdough Basics
May 3rd- Jams and Jellies
May 17th- Tomato Sauces
May 31st- Pickles (Asparagus)

You have been asking and I have been searching. We now have fresh romain lettuce and big beautiful head lettuce from The Salad Bowl out of Middlebury. Lauren had also been busy baking all your favorite Sourdough breads and got a new batch of granola in the mix.

And sew it begins! Here is the beginning of our jungle and the starts we will have available for the 2026 season. These pictures bring so much joy to my house. Not in the fact we are growing for our future but the fact that everybody wants to be involved! We truly are a family operation.

Don't forget with the new year means new store hours! The store is open Wednesday through Saturday 9am to 6pm. We will be closed Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.

Happy New Year! We want to thank everybody for an absolutely amazing year! We couldn't have done it without our amazing following and customers!

We are open until 6pm today so come stock up on all your pickled desires, sourdough goodies, and herbal remedies after all this time spent with family over the holidays.

With the new year comes change! Starting after the first of the year we will no longer be open Tuesdays or Sundays. Don't worry we aren't going anywhere.
