Our first reel & an #FMMmoment all in one:

Do you watch @elsbethcbs?! If not, you should! On this week’s episode the quirky title character, Elsbeth, and Officer Blanke discover the use of water soluble tape in a country club kitchen. Do you know why we posted about it?

It is such a cool sustainable way to label temporary kitchen storage or other non-permanent items around your home. When it comes in contact with water or a humid environment it quickly dissolves, it has high viscosity and is composed of a tissue paper base rather than materials that deplete our natural resources, like adhesives.

Kudos for @cbstv and the creators of #Elsbeth for showcasing an environmentally friendly method of labeling! 👏🏽♻️

Happy 🌎 Earth 🌍 Day 🌏

This is a new segment called #FMMmoments where we highlight impactful changes that people or organizations are making to improve our planet.

First up: the @pittsburghpirates! While watching a baseball game a couple of weeks ago, I noticed the ushers shirts are made of recycled bottles. Sustainable fashion is a huge challenge for the environment. Think about the clothes you are wearing, what fabric(s) it’s made of, how it is sourced, and how it’s transported to stores for sale.
