Today, Foster Focus officially established its very first scholarship, the Blue Ribbon Scholarship! The total amount of the scholarship is $4,193.50, which will be distributed equally over the next four years, just over $1,000 each year. I am so excited and incredibly grateful to be able to provide this opportunity to youth in our community. This wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing support from Lakeland and the community as a whole. #scholarship #sheboygan #makeadifference #fundraise #community #lakeland #fosterfocus #fostercare #awarness #kinship #youthinoutofhomecare #thankyou by @fosterfocus_

The final Foster Focus event was truly one to remember. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out and took part in the Cornhole Tournament, Silent Auction, and 50/50 Raffle. Huge congratulations to Perl Jam, the champions of our Father’s Day Cornhole Tournament!

Thanks to all the incredible support and participation, Foster Focus raised over $1,000 today, and even better, we officially hit our overall goal of $3,500!

I’m beyond grateful for the overwhelming support the Sheboygan community continues to show Foster Focus. We couldn’t do this without you. 💙 #goal #fundraiser #community #fostercare #kinshipcare #sheboygan #lakeland #tournament #cornholetournament #makeadifference #gratefull #finalpresentation by @fosterfocus_

Last Sunday, March 9 at Jake’s Café Foster Focus held a blanket making event! At this event, we made blankets for Casa and the Child Advocacy Center. There were also three guest speakers. The speakers, Mrs. Weedman, Mrs. Ecclestone, and Mrs. Feldmann all shared valuable information about each of the youth in out-of-home care organizations they are part of! Thank you to everyone that came out and made blankets!
