Well his bandana is lying. He is friendly but no longer adoptable. Kingston has officially found his foster to adopt home!! We couldn’t be happier with his new mama. Very thankful that Kingston got to show his true colors outside of the shelter while with us. Thank you to everyone who helped and showed Kingston love! Cheers to forever! 🏡♾️ taken in Franklin County Dog Shelter & Adoption Center by @fosterruthh

Turns out, life outside of my four kennel walls it’s actually pretty great! 🌞🌞🌈🌈The world has so much to offer and everyone who’s seen me has said how different I am since decompressing in a home (in the best way!!) my foster mom says this is what make sleepovers and time out of the shelter so vital for dogs like me! Sleepovers give us a quiet home and a space to decompress from the stress of the shelter environment. We don’t understand the concept of “having a family” or “finding my forever” in these first couple of days. All I know is I’ve made it to a quiet space with humans who love me and give me treats and toys!! Plus I’ve made some puppy friends while being out!! This life is grand 🥳🥳#adopt #foster #columbuspups #fcdsadoptables taken in Franklin County Dog Shelter & Adoption Center by @fosterruthh

Let the tears begin!!! Damon headed to his foster to adopt today and I couldn’t feel better about it! His new mom is caring, understanding, patient, and most importantly loving 🥰 Damon grew into an incredible dog these past 6 weeks and I can’t wait to watch him continue to blossom into his most perfect self. Thank you @erinbrigati for opening your home to the best boy. We are so grateful for you!!

Also, shoutout to @victoriamread for these AMAZING pictures of Damon. She was so patient with Damon as he navigated his modeling career. We are so lucky to have such a supportive community of dog lovers!! Cheers to Day and his forever home 🏡 ❤️😭 by @fosterruthh
