When people first discover Tribe, they usually ask:
“What exactly is inside?”

The answer depends on what you need.

Some people come looking for connection.

Some need support.

Some want resources.

Some want to understand what’s happening.

Some simply want to know they’re not alone.

That’s why Tribe includes support groups, WhatsApp communities, workshops, resources, a therapist directory, advocacy tools, events, and a community-written book project.

Because there isn’t one way through this moment.

A lot of us got stuck in the first stage, feeling the loss, naming the betrayal, watching it unfold.

That stage matters.
But we don’t have to live there forever.
