Hello from Founders Running Club

It started with a run. It became a community.

Every Saturday morning, founders, entrepreneurs, professionals, runners and people from different walks of life come together to run, talk, meet new people and spend a couple of hours away from the usual routine.

The idea was simple, get good people in the same place, get them moving, and let the conversations happen naturally.

You don’t need to be a professional runner.
You don’t need to be super fit.
And you definitely don’t need to know anyone before you come.

Just show up. Run at your own pace. Say hello to someone new.

Because some of the best conversations happen when you’re running side by side, not sitting across a table trying to network.

And that’s what makes FRC different.

Every Saturday, new faces join. Old faces come back. Conversations turn into connections, and a simple morning run keeps getting bigger.

It’s more than a run now. It’s our Saturday thing.

So if you’ve been meaning to join us, take this as your sign.

See you Saturday morning. 🏃🏻‍♂️☀️

Founders Running Club.
Come for the run. Stay for the people.

🥨 The early bird gets the pretzel @bitsandpretzels

On Monday we hosted the @frcmunich @foundersrc morning run as an official side event. At 8am, 60 early birds ran 6k along the Isar with us, in the sunshine and before the first keynote.

Being early paid off: @base_muc and JUSTROCKET bought everyone coffee, and BASE raffled five coworking day passes. @rcktcrw added running socks to the raffle, and @djtangara played a set, courtesy of TeamLube.

We run every Saturday in Munich. Look for Founders Running Club on Luma.

Before the panels and pitch decks, FRC Bogotá ran.

During Colombia Tech Week, founders, investors, and builders met at Parque El Virrey — to run, connect, and build beyond the usual networking setting.

Natalia Jiménez joined us for the morning run. Founder of XAIA and part of the founding team behind Colombia’s first digital bank, she has also been recognized among Forbes Colombia’s CIOs of the Year.

She shared perspectives from her journey across technology, entrepreneurship, and building the future.

In just two months, FRC Bogotá has grown from a first run into a Tech Week activation — and is now part of a global Founders Running Club network of 50,000+ members across 45 countries and 60+ cities.

Special thanks to the FRC Bogotá Builder Team, Woman Business Connect, Café Rebelión, and Humbral for helping bring this session to life — and to Colombia’s entrepreneurial community for the talent, energy, and ambition that continue to shape it.

Run. Connect. Build.

Bogotá is just getting started.

Run with us next time — link in bio.
