This is Ranger! My ranch's 2nd chat. He is a full time biscuits maker and saddle pad protector. Haven't seen him in a while and I was so happy when he showed up today. He likes pets and will lean into your hand 🥺❤️ precious baby.

I had sad news about Peanut Butter... They had to put him down a few weeks ago 😔 he wasn't doing very well and there wasn't anything the vets could do. Rest in peace sweet Peanut Butter! by @four3y3d.nerd

Side Quest Complete ✅

Honestly pretty fun! It felt like flying. I went with my friend Natalie and she liked it too!

I might try their aerial class in the future...

Meet Peanut Butter 🥺. He's such a sweet baby! He spends most of his time napping on a bench (honestly mood) but will wake up for pets. My heart melted when he moved closer to me 😭. Lots of love for precious baby Peanut Butter 🥜💕 by @four3y3d.nerd

POV you spend your Sunday afternoon watching corgis race

Their little stubby legs are so adorable!! They had 10 rounds then finals for the winners. It was so fun to look at the different dog costumes and their unique personalities. 🐾🦴

As someone who's worked as all three I still have many memories of times when people made me feel seen.

The couple from my first job who demanded to know who made their sandwich, then gave me a $20 tip.

An elderly man from my second job showed me an interesting yet effective way to get rid of hiccups.

During my third job, a customer and his mom told me about their elaborate murder mystery dinner parties, and we had a nice chat about fun yet unique things we've done in our lives.

Of course I also remember customers who yelled at, demanded, and the worse of all, dismissed me. I use drive throughs a LOT and I'll always try to be kind and have some polite small talk with workers because I know what it's like being on the other end. I've had many good days become bad days because a single customer blamed and ridiculed me. I've also had many bad days become good ones because someone made me feel like I wasn't just a worker, I was a person.

So, be patient, and always remember that the person you're talking to is also human.

Love you all, thanks for reading and keep being you 💕 by @four3y3d.nerd

Aloha! 🌺 I was lucky to be able to visit Hawaii for my spring break. So happy I didn't get rained on for most of the trip... 😅. We stayed in O'ahu and traveled across the island.

Hawaiian food was so good! Mo'bettahs could never...(Still a fan thou! 🫶). Even though it's a literal island I was surprised by how much seafood there was. I had the best poke bowl ever and their pork is so tender! I also had the BEST BURGER OF MY LIFE at a movie theater. The buffet at the Polynesian Cultural Center was ENORMOUS. Their dessert was phenomenal and surprisingly light (which meant more room for dessert, lol). Enough rambling about food because I will not stop 😭

Hawai'i has a LOT of history! Pearl Harbor stood out to me. Standing above the Arizona (go check out its story) felt really quiet. You could feel that you were above a resting ground for so many fallen soldiers. It was really cool to read both sides of the story from the attack. I LOVE Roosevelt's quote. We also visited a museum which showcased Hawaii's history and religion. I was a bit too tired that day to function though 😅. One building was pictures and figures made out of Legos! It was refreshing to see something very creative and intricate.

I'd recommend the Polynesian Cultural Center. You can walk through different "islands" to learn more about them and there's lots of interactive elements. My sister learned hula dancing and I played ancient bowling with my dad (spoiler alert, I suck at both versions of bowling). We got to see a hilarious show where they took three audience members and had them practice a dance and drums. One of the contests (they called him "Japanese Guy") put on such a hilarious and entertaining performance. You could tell his family was enjoying it also! We also met a local who taught us some of the Hawaiian language! I graduated Hawaiian preschool 😊⭐ (somehow).

We went to one beach and the lagoons multiple times. If you like waves, hit the ocean, but if you just want to swim and watch the sunset (like me hehe) the lagoons are a wonderful option!

All in all, I enjoyed Hawai'i. I would talk more but word limit. Very beautiful and the people are so friendly! Aloha my friends! 🤙 taken in Oahu, Hawaii by @four3y3d.nerd
