FOUR BLACK LUNGS machen amerikanischen Punkrock ("Heartlandpunk") mit einem
Hauch Gainesville, inspiriert von Bands wie Hot Water Music, The Menzingers, Iron
Chic und Spanish Lovesongs. Mit der Veröfentlichung ihres ersten full-length Albums "Don't Tell Me There Is Nothing Left“ am 24.05.2024 startet die Band nach einem Line-Up-Wechsel Anfang 2023 (neue Stimme,
neue Lead-Gitarristin) in einen neuen Hochfug der Kreativität und Bühnenpräsenz.

Das Crossover-Festival wird veranstaltet vom Förderverein für Jugendkultur und Zwischenmenschlichkeit (FJZ e.V) und der YOPE gGmbH (@yope.04668).

As you probably already know, we’ve had @schindelicious from @lester_heavypop filling in behind the kit over the past year.

We are stoked to officially announce that he is now our permanent new drummer! 🥁 @mindlesskronos will still be around as a backup and might jump in for the odd show here and there.

Hey @knrd.fest ! What was that all about on Saturday afternoon?! 🤯

Thank you all for showing up so early to catch our set—it was an absolute blast and we had the best time with you! ❤️

We’re gonna spend a little time recovering now, and then hopefully we’ll see loads of you again at @crossoverfestival_grimma !

A massive thank you as well to all the organizers, volunteers, and every single amazing band that was part of this weekend. You all make this festival one of the most beautiful and special ones out there.

We really hope we’ll be back again soon!

Am 01.08.26 LIVE IN DER FESTUNG: THOMAS NICHOLAS BAND (USA); Support: Four Black Lungs und The Hellnuts

Zwischen dem Wacken Open Air und der Full Metal Holiday Cruise im Oktober spielt die Thomas Nicholas Band eine begrenzte Anzahl exklusiver Headliner-Clubshows in Deutschland und Österreich.

Mit mehr als 1.400 Auftritten in 14 Ländern bietet die Band einen energiegeladenen Mix aus eigenem Pop-Punk, Alternative Rock und den Songs, die eine ganze Generation geprägt haben.

Angeführt vom „American Pie“-Star Thomas Ian Nicholas bieten diese intimen Clubkonzerte eine seltene Gelegenheit, die Band aus nächster Nähe zu erleben, bevor sie wieder auf die großen Festivalbühnen zurückkehrt.

Four Black Lungs aus München spielen emotionalen, rauen Punkrock – nicht nur für die Arbeiterklasse, sondern für alle, die zusammenkommen und in einer offenen, toleranten und friedlichen Atmosphäre feiern möchten.

Ihre energiegeladenen Live-Auftritte sorgen dafür, dass du verschwitzt, mit einem breiten Grinsen und vielleicht sogar mit ein oder zwei neuen Freundschaften nach Hause gehst.

Dear @farewellyouthfest ,
For the second year in a row, you’ve given us such a beautiful time filled with old and new friends. A massive thank you to @larsthebulldog7 for having us back!
And hey—what a total blast that was on Saturday night during our cover set together with our beloved friend @manu_tornado ! Thank you to everyone who came out and raged with us; you guys were absolutely insane. This is a memory that will stay with us forever.
The best part? We just found out we’ll be back again next year! Oh yes, it’s going to be wild. We’re already counting down the days until we get to see you all again.
To every band, attendee, and organizer who makes this festival in the beautiful Dresden Neustadt so special: a huge thank you and so much love to all of you! ❤️
