For those who are new here, I'm Shle.

I've spent over a decade performing live music, writing, creating content, and organizing events. Through that work, I've had the opportunity to experience Milwaukee's creative scene from multiple angles. Not just as an observer, but as someone who actively participates in it.

4x4 was created out of one, simple belief: there are too many talented artists and builders doing meaningful work in the city who never receive the attention they deserve.

A platform FOUR the city, BY the city.

My goal with this platform is to document, highlight, and contribute to the culture that built me. Whether that's through events, artist spotlights, reviews, interviews, or original content, the mission remains the same: build something that serves Milwaukee's creative community.

If you're a longtime supporter, thank you.
If you're new here, welcome!
