Nuestro cuerpo es nuestro templo 🖤
Y a veces la mejor forma de cuidarlo no es una rutina mas, es regalarse una pausa real. Sal al agua. Respira. Desconectate del ruido y reconecta contigo. Eso es lo que buscamos en cada viaje. Momentos de calidad con una misma.
