From arriving in France in 2003 to mastering the art of the “Baguette Tradition” entirely on the job, Sithamparappillai Jegatheepan’s journey is one of pure dedication.

After transitioning from the restaurant industry to baking in 2008, he has spent years perfecting a process that includes letting his dough rest for 24 hours to achieve that award-winning flavor. A huge win for the 14th arrondissement and the Sri Lankan community! 🇱🇰🥖
