Rock sliders should be your first investment in vehicle armor! This is the most common example of why they are so important, but they are also good steps (if they stick out far enough) and are a good location to tie things to as well😉.

I couldn't have asked for a better scenario for an intensive weekend overland training! Although the snow wasn't in "the plan", it demonstrated the reality of needing to be adaptable to the situation you may find yourself in. My next training event occurs in Death Valley, Nov. 13th - 15th, sign up now, there are only 4 vehicles allowed, and a sand storm is not guaranteed😂
