Thank you God for the most beautiful blessing.
.
Unmedicated birth, it happens in another dimension where the veil is thin, becoming a traveler in the spirit, moving on the frequency of energy and intuition.
When you cross the veil the air gets dense.
Gold dust appears.
A wind shifts in the room.
The air tastes sweet.
Shifting into alignment with the spirit, i brought you into the world.

Reaching the end of the 3rd trimester for the fourth time hasn’t been gentle or graceful but my heart is grateful. Never wanting to forget these moments. #34weeks #34w2d #pregnant

29 big ones in the bank (meant to be 32 but started late 🙈). Brought @maplemovement with me and won’t fuel with anything else.
If you needed motivation for your long run let this be it. SO yummy, easy to use, not super sticky or sickly sweet and won’t hurt your tummy. They’ve also released a salted caramel flavour (YUM). When training I’ll usually space my gels out a bit more as opposed to race day but these are so good haha. ELISHELENE for a lil saving 🫶🏽✨ by @fourtherun

You guys! We are finally in our home and so excited to bring and share our favourite ice cream! They have six flavours and even come in three different icecream cakes! Finally we can get Messina in our weekly grocery shop.
