@sly.watts & @fourtheyeaddi teamed up to collaborate on ‘B&B’ in New Orleans. @sly.watts developed a drum loop which @fourtheyeaddi built on and creatively led the process of the song. ‘B&B’ explores parallels between high standards, contemporary rap, and visual arts, using these themes to address how the 2 artists monetize themselves to profit from their work and connect with wider audiences. As black artists continue to stay in-demand, ‘B&B’ emphasizes how self-value and artistic integrity in the market are the keys to success, even through adversity.

5 years later… 4 the City still stands.

For this project, we wanted to show a different side of the South, introducing new sounds that blended with old New Orleans rhythms and concepts, and introducing the world to NEW New Orleans.

One of our favorite rollouts from the @fourtheyetribe camp. Proof that you do not need much when the vision is clear. We want to thank all of the amazing artists who pooled their resources together to help make such a fun project happen on such a quick turnaround. by @fourtheyetribe
