The past two years were challenging, crazy, fun, stressful and so much more working on the 6th St. Viaduct. I know I talked my shit and vented about how difficult it was being the only femme in a male dominated field and the only one there for the union and crews I was in cause I was valid as fuck doing so! Even with those challenges and bumping heads with these foo’s, it was overall such a great experience and I couldn’t have asked for better (I could’ve LOL). Having the privilege of working with my pops on a historic piece of architecture was never something I ever thought would be in my cards. Though it’s sad to admit that it was the most I ever seen him in my life, it gave me my own perspective of the bullshit he has and continues to deal with in the field. The best foreman and crew to be in, CLOS, Jalapeño, E, C, D, N and F’s bitchass and all the other foo’s that were there in between all the bullshit — from the early AM to the cold ass night shifts.

I hope y’all enjoy my POV, the making of 6th Street Bridge. taken in 6Th Street Bridge Los Angeles by @foxievxn
