One of my favorite via ferrata experiences! 🧗‍♀️🧡

Located in Cortes de Pallás, Valencia, this route has so much to offer: challenging sections, a zip line, spectacular landscapes and plenty of beautiful spots to stop and enjoy the surroundings.

My recommendation: bring some snacks and take your time! There are lovely benches along the route, perfect for a little break, a snack and simply enjoying the views.

The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and the whole experience is worth it.

Definitely recommend adding this one to your adventure list! ✨

🧗‍♀️ La Roca Foradada — Via Ferrata

La Roca Foradada is a beautiful and very varied via ferrata, combining different types of terrain, vertical sections and fun climbing elements. 🧗‍♀️

The route has several levels of difficulty, with easier sections to warm up and more challenging vertical passages that require good technique and confidence on the rock. Along the way, you’ll find cables, chains, steps and exposed sections, with incredible views throughout the route.

And the best part? The Foradada rock arch itself — a spectacular natural formation that makes the route truly special. 🏔️

Scared to take your phone out on a via ferrata? 📱⛰️

It doesn’t have to be — just make sure it’s properly secured.

When we’re out on the via ferrata, we never leave anything behind. When we leave the mountains, we always take everything with us. 🌿

But your phone can easily become litter too. I’ve seen so many phones slip and disappear down the cliffs — you wouldn’t believe it!

So please, always secure your phone before taking it out. It takes just a second and can save your phone while helping keep the mountains clean. 🏔️💚

This via ferrata is where it all started — my desire to become stronger. 🧗‍♀️

In this video, I’m doing the K6 section. The first time I came here, I didn’t even dare to try it.

Most of the via ferrata is around K4, with just two really challenging sections. And that’s it — but those two sections definitely make you work 💪🏼
