awestruck.

63 Sr High students and 16 leaders spent the past week serving in the Dominican Republic and witnessing the awesome power of God at work. We’re so grateful for your prayers and another amazing year. Until next!

Finley Ebert, Champion of the 2026 Roots Mini Open🏆

It was an exciting day yesterday at our 9th Annual Mason Whitaker Simmons Memorial Roots Mini Open Championship. The field was stacked with talent this year: several returning champions, new stars, and many close contenders for the prestigious title. In the words of former champion Eli Bruehl, “it’s a shame all these people came out here to lose.”

As the tournament began, all eyes were on the corduroy jacket, and yet one stood out amongst them all. Young Finley Ebert, who was runner-up just a few years back, decided this was his time. As the rain began to pour on the final contestants standing, Finley remained cool, calm and collected to finally claim what, according to him, was rightfully his all along.

What a day at the 2026 Roots Mini Open Championship. Congratulations to the new legend, Finley Ebert.
