Fort Payne Softball 2026 Motto of the Year: Do Hard Things.

That is exactly what these girls did.

This group showed up every day with grit, resilience, and heart. Through every win, every setback, every early morning, and every tough inning — they kept choosing hard work and each other.

This season eventually ended with our 6th consecutive regional appearance, but more importantly, it was a season that taught us what it truly means to Do Hard Things.

To our 5 seniors: thank you for helping set the standard for this program. Your leadership, toughness, and love for Fort Payne Softball created a legacy that will last far beyond this season. You showed the younger girls what it means to compete the right way, represent your school, and leave things better than you found them.

Do Hard Things. Always.
