Wow, what an incredible weekend. Still absolutely buzzing. Prep was rough but it was all worth it in the end.

Want to say a massive thank you to @wnbf_uk for holding the event and lighting the spark in me, over the weekend I absolutely fell in love with the sport of bodybuilding, it’s inspired me to keep pushing my natural potential and come back on stage with more confidence.

Also a massive thank you to @__danwatson__ for coaching me! You helped me massively, I seriously couldn’t have done it without you, you gave me the structure and guidance that I needed. And on the day helping me relax and peak perfectly, your support seriously means the world to me.

And thank you to @coachedbystewie for helping me keep my cool backstage and for teaching me how to progress my posing to the next level, I would’ve been out there like a lost puppy without your help.

And thank you to my wonderful girlfriend @angelwoo11ard who supporting me every step of the way, being supportive and understanding even when I was in the shittiest of moods, I really couldn’t have done it without you.

Another PUSH day, Another great session with @fplift

Got some post workout shots in as well and even though the physique is flattening out I’m very happy with the current look!

This session is very chest focused as that is definitely the weak point with my upper body and always has been so 6 sets split across 3 exercises which seems like a sweet point for my recovery.

I wouldn’t recommend this layout for everyone as some people may need more delt and so incorporating a shoulder press in place of one of the presses would be the route to go. My front delts however, get more than enough stimulus from chest pressing.

Good ole LOWER session with Fin @fplift this morning.

Absolutely put the boy through it but never an issue when you train with like minded people!

Training partners can either be very complimentary to your training or a burden. If you can train with someone who has similar goals to you, utilise it and push each other HARD.

At this stage the night before the show you shouldn’t be changing anything drastically as it’ll be stressful, overwhelming & the reality is they will forget to implement it on stage.

That being said a few small tips and tweaks that can help your client showcase their best physique on stage and edge them a few extra points on a couple of poses absolutely is worth doing.

With Finn it was about show casing more shape & more detail to play to the strengths of his strong conditioning and great lines.
