구매를 원하시는 분들은 아래 링크를 통해 구매가능하시며, 여러 서점과 페어에서 관람하실 수 있도록 소개할 예정이고, 작가님도 5월에 교토와 서울에서 전시를 준비 중이시니 많은 관심 가져주세요! https://buly.kr/GE8Ot4m “Glass Eye,” published by @fraction.for , has been selected as one of the “Best Book Design in Korea 2026.” This recognition is incredibly meaningful, as it marks the culmination of a journey that began two years ago with photographer @cheong_lee and a year of deep creative deliberation. Memories of the production process are flooding back, and it feels wonderful to see that hard work truly pay off. Special thanks to the judges, @sibf_official @kpa21_official , and @parkyuseon_ for the insightful review. The book will soon be showcased at various bookstores and book fairs. Also, don’t miss photographer Lee Cheong’s upcoming exhibitions in Kyoto and Seoul this May! Glass Eye Glass Eye is a photo book that captures the fragile, easily broken presence of nameless beings—through the unblinking gaze of a glass eye. The project began with the lifeless eye of a dead pigeon, its vacant stare becoming a thread that led me to trace those born without will, worn down by the world, yet still enduring. Metallic gold ink glimmers throughout the pages, echoing the afterimage of hollow eyes—eyes like glass—that quietly seep through the book. Beneath the dust jacket, which unfolds into a full-size poster, halftone images of a human and a pigeon are printed across the front and back covers, facing each other like two reflections from different species. $Art Books… Introducing Art books of Fraction… Canopy is a bilingual publication that records conversations with residents of Sakurajima, a volcanic peninsula in southern Kyushu, Japan. After experiencing a personal loss, the calm resilience of people living beneath constant volcanic activity became a source of solace. One year later, I returned to speak with eight residents, whose memories resonated with my own sense of absence and revealed how loss too, can become a sustaining energy. The book visualizes the way memories intersect, echo and expand through others’ stories, forming part of a broader graphic design exploration into the layers of memory. What if these objects of the exhibition space, which we have taken for granted, are in fact not just a background but an exhibition space in themselves, capable of directing and controlling the entire viewing experience? This book brings the objects we have casually passed by in the exhibition space to the center stage. Through the imagination of these objects functioning as exhibition spaces, or the imagination of curating interesting exhibitions using these objects, this book proposes plans that use or subvert their existing functions. Objects as Exhibition Spaces is a guidebook to the objects within an exhibition, and at the same time, a set of light exhibition proposals that utilize them. by @fraction.for$
