Had the beautiful opportunity to commission a painting for Kikâwînaw wîki (Our Mother’s Home), the new Indigenous Healing Centre at St. Paul’s Hospital in Saskatoon, SK! 🪶
I am one of the 7 artists to make a painting representing the one of the 7 sacred teachings, which are a set of teachings that are used as a foundation for cultural values, beliefs and practices.
I was given the task of painting the Beaver, who carries wisdom and the ability to make decisions based on knowledge and experience.

Artist Announcement: Abbey Fraser-Saddleback is a Two-Spirited Nêhiyaw multidisciplinary artist based on
Treaty 6 land in Saskatoon, SK. She works with different media across film and theatre but a special place in her heart belongs to digital media. Her practice explores identity, embodiment and perception through an Indigenous lens within fragmented realities.

Nuit Blanche Eve + Nuit Blanche Saskatoon 2025!
Sept 19 - 20
Thank you to everyone who came and saw my installation for @nuitblancheyxe NB Eve + Nuit Blanche!! It fills my heart with so much appreciation and love 👯‍♀️ This was my first sculpture/installation/sewing project 💪
I couldn't stop thinking about how this would turn out for the last few months and I'm so relieved that it was received so well!!
Big thanks to my professor, Lisa Birke, for asking me to be apart of this event! And to @nefelibata.artscrafts for helping me choose fabrics! I couldn't have brought this look to life if it wasn't for their knowledgeable staff!!!

SK takeover in Toronto!!
I'm so thankful to be given the opportunity to be apart of the short film "KLEE" with @dynamicvideoimaging @dorothystudios 💃Went to Toronto to see it's world premiere! I also saw @wearelevers "Levers" by @exovedate_ltd 🎞️ Got to re-connect with friends and make new connections!! walked everywhere and tore up my feet but had so much fun 😼

fringe 2025!! 👯‍♀️🎭
i volunteered at the @saskatoonfringe this year and got to chalk paint on the sidewalk! it only lasted until the rain came by 😔
swipe to see all the hard work me and the other volunteers did 💪 it took us 4 days to paint everything!

Had a blast working on Searchers S2 with creethunder @bambooshootsinc @angelentertainment.ca !!
Got to try out my skills in wardrobe and played around with some sfx makeup! Can't wait to see it all come together 🫶 thank you to everyone for being so welcoming of my first time being a Wardrobe Coordinator!! It was so fun!!!
