Our Globe Path Finder Interns have successfully completed their program! Through more than three months of comprehensive programs, engaging activities, valuable exposure, dedicated volunteerism, and immersive experiences, these young individuals truly demonstrated what it means to work at Globe.
This achievement would not have been possible without the diligent collaboration of our HR, Marketing, PX, TA, FVT, BB, EDS, OSMCX, and various other contributing groups! Grateful for the opportunity to have been part of such a truly memorable experience. by @fraktak

I recently had the privilege of participating in two markedly different, yet equally rewarding, volunteer initiatives. The first, branded "Senior Digizen," focused on equipping senior citizens with crucial digital literacy skills for navigating the complexities of the online world. This program aimed to empower them with confidence and knowledge in an increasingly digital landscape. Following this, the second activity involved instructing People Managers on effective strategies for cultivating trust and fostering stronger relationships with their direct reports. This encompassed exploring various communication techniques and leadership approaches.
These activities, though scheduled consecutively and undertaken in addition to my regular professional duties, proved to be profoundly engaging and intellectually stimulating. Despite the demands of our standard business-as-usual tasks, the opportunity to contribute to these distinct endeavors was genuinely enriching. I harbor a strong sense of optimism that our collective efforts will yield a tangible and positive impact on the lives of all the individuals with whom we had the pleasure of interacting. This hope extends to both the senior citizens gaining digital proficiency and the managers enhancing their leadership capabilities. by @fraktak
