That time my friends and I went to Surfside Beach in south of Houston to witness a sunrise. I couldn't remember the last time I went to the beach and witness a glorious sunrise. My life was full of chaos that time, but this sunrise marked as a new beginning in my life. I believed that new things were coming and I was very fortunate. Indeed, new things came and my current life right now was once an imaginable future. I'm grateful. 😌

That time when my friends and I hiked the Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado. It's one of my favorite national parks in the United States and offers breathtaking views and a couple of trails to explore. Literally breathtaking because one of the lakes we visited sits at above 10,000 feet, and we struggled a bit from altitude sickness since we just came from Houston lol. 😂 We definitely learned our lesson and should've acclimated to the altitude first before hiking. That time when I went on a road trip. This was the start of our 3000-mile adventure and we spent more than 10 hours driving solely through Texas before reaching New Mexico. But hey, we got some interesting stopovers like the Cadillac Ranch in Amarillo. Definitely worth a stop and visit. Don't forget to visit the famous Beaver too. The Dream Lake is one of the majestic high alpine lakes in Rocky Mountain National Park. We hiked for more than an hour and around 10,000 feet of elevation before reaching this beautiful lake. Hiking this place can be challenging because of its thin atmosphere inducing altitude sickness. However, seeing these alpine lakes in person is truly rewarding. My friends and I went to Colorado last October to witness the stunning mountain view of Maroon Bells. We missed the fall colors though but the scenery is still outstanding.
