12 noon. The sun is blazing, but the hustle continues. ☀️🍅

A woman sits at the market selling fresh, ripe tomatoes, protected from the heat by a simple round cap beautifully made from leaves. In front her, a colleague chatting with her as they navigate another ordinary day of making a living.

No studio. No perfect lighting. Just real life, resilience, friendship and the everyday beauty of the African market.

There is beauty in the stories we often walk past. 📸❤️

The Welcome to African life! 🌍❤️

Here in Africa, both men and women carry things on their heads—and it’s completely normal. 😄

It’s not just a way of carrying things; it’s part of our everyday culture and a skill many Africans grow up learning.

Welcome to Africa, where tradition meets everyday life! 🇬🇭🌍 African Life by @framesofreality1

A true signature of a coastal boy. Once a coastal boy, always a coastal boy.

I remember those days when this was part of our everyday life by the seaside. It kept us active, disciplined, and full of energy. Today, many people are feeding their families through this talent, and some have even traveled the world, performing before large audiences.

Sadly, many in the younger generation are no longer familiar with this beautiful tradition, and it is gradually fading away.

Imagine if those in authority invested in dedicated training centers for acrobatics and gymnastics in our Ga communities. We could nurture young talents, preserve our culture, create opportunities, and produce world-class performers.

Special thanks to the late Daniel Laryea The footballer of blessed memory from the Muła family at “Faaa Sɛɛ” for teaching me .

Church, the people and Prayer
A church is more than a building of stone—it’s where people bring their faith, their burdens, their gratitude, and their prayers.

In the quiet moments before the altar, hearts find peace, hope is renewed, and souls are reminded that no prayer goes unheard.

May every visit to God’s house strengthen our faith and fill our hearts with His grace. 🙏🏾⛪️ #Faith #Prayer #Church #niiayivisuals #frameofreality by @framesofreality1

One thing that has truly fascinated me in Tamale is seeing how normal motorbike riding is for women here. Almost every woman seems to own or ride a motorbike, and they ride with so much confidence, strength, and fearlessness.

You’ll see women riding through town with babies strapped at their backs, carrying goods to the market, transporting family members, and somehow balancing what looks impossible — sometimes an adult and several children on one motorbike — yet they handle it with such skill and calmness.

It’s more than transportation. It’s resilience. It’s survival. It’s strength.

The women of Northern Ghana are powerful, hardworking, and incredibly determined. Watching them move through daily life reminds you how strong African women truly are. These are the kind of everyday stories the world deserves to see more of.

Tamale has given me a new level of respect for women, especially the women of the North. ❤️🏍️🇬🇭
