Regional championship 2025 recap ‼️ Had a very emotional prep recovering from a hamstring injury. Something’s didn’t work out in the end but I’m extremely happy with the confidence I’ve regained as a lifter and my hope for the future in this sport. I want to thank @swolechong for believing in me and getting my head out of the gutter of doom and despair and showing me that I can truly push myself to be a great lifter and to @666rockgirl for helping me lock in my nutrition and bringing me to the top of 75kg, I wouldn’t have been able to do this without you guys. Last but not least my brothers and sisters in @iron__spartans @luke.greenfld @gui_nobench @wickedtunalifts in always backing me up and pushing me to be a better, stronger version of myself no matter the circumstances.
