I am thrilled to welcome Sissie Hsiao to our Board of Directors.

During her nearly 20 years at Google, Sissie held senior management roles leading some of the company’s most important innovations including Google’s AI tool Gemini and Google App Ads, one of their largest and most profitable businesses.

Sissie joins our Board at a pivotal time when technology is reshaping how our real estate professionals work. Her AI and advertising background will be invaluable as we continue building technology that empowers our real estate professionals to better serve their clients.

We have a BIG ANNOUNCEMENT to share! Please join us in welcoming Perry Minter back to Compass as our new Associate Sales Manager for our Lincoln Park office!

As part of the original team that helped launch Compass in Chicago, Perry is returning to where it all began. Over the last few years, she’s expanded her expertise in leadership, strategy, and business development across the nonprofit sector. Now, she’s bringing those skills and her passion for real estate back home to support our agents.

We are beyond thrilled to have her collaborative, relationship-driven energy back in our offices. Welcome home, Perry! 🖤 taken in Lincoln Park, Chicago by @franbroude

In celebration of 14 years of
Compass, we sat down with some of our Chicagoland
agents to ask them: “What makes Compass unique?”

Their testimonies speak to the strength of our network,
the culture of collaboration, and our dedication to
providing an exceptional experience for clients across
the Greater Chicago area.

What an amazing day in Chicagoland! Robert joined agents and staff today at our Lincoln Park office to speak about See It First™️ and answer agents questions on what’s next for our industry. He continued onto @fultonbondchicago for a private showing from @mark_icuss and @thesheahangroup of their one-of-kind building. He ended his afternoon with a Broker Tour of @lowegroupchicago penthouse listing at the Four Seasons Chicago. We love when @robreffkin is in town and so happy to spend time with him.

What a great few days listening to so many of our agents! From last week at our River North and Roscoe offices to the many agents in North Shore who attended our meeting in Winnetka today, I love starting my day with all of our agents. Always a joy to catch up with familiar faces and talk about market shifts, especially as we got to dive into the benefits of See It First™, our new search experience designed to give buyers early access to inventory while giving sellers maximum exposure at every stage of the listing.

Compass Agents, reach out to your AEM to see how you can leverage this unique experience for your clients! Can’t wait to see more of you soon. taken in Winnetka, Illinois by @franbroude

It was so special to join agents from across the country and local agents across Chicagoland brokerages for the third annual Agents Against Cancer Gala held here in Chicago at the Museum of Contemporary Art. Thank you to @cindisodolski and @thealicechin for organizing this remarkable event and a special congratulations to the 2026 Event Honoree @glo360realestatebrokercompass . This cause is close to my heart and one I’m always eager to support. Thank you ladies for a beautiful evening!
