this year, i often caught myself thinking: there’s more out there. there’s more potential. you can’t slow down now.

and it’s always at the end of the year, when i go through all my photos, pick my favorites, and edit them into a recap, that i truly realize: whaaaaaat have you done/experienced/seen? how many people have you met along the way?!

i am deeply grateful for all the shoots, the many “first times,” the campaigns, the events, the weddings, the personal branding shoots, the content productions, the travels - but above all, for the people i was lucky enough to meet through it all.

and i don’t think it’s about how much you’ve achieved or about experiencing something new every single day. it’s about pausing every now and then, taking a moment, and being grateful that you get to experience all of this in the first place.

a huuuuuge thank you goes out to everyone i had the chance to meet this year, everyone i worked with, to all the great models in front of my lens, my clients who trust me and value my work - without you, none of this would be possible <3

and one thing is absolutely certain: this year has been one of the most special in my self-employment and i have never felt as motivated to keep going as i do right now. taken in Cologne, Germany by @francaoing

vielleicht war da schon immer ein kleines stück hygge in mir. in schweden als kind, heute auf reisen oder im van…

und dazu kommen die sieben jahre als fotografin, all die orte, die verschiedenen menschen und die unzähligen momente, die ich am liebsten alle festgehalten hätte <3

Genau das ist mein Verständnis von hygge: nicht der perfekte ort, das perfekte gefühl, sondern die Fähigkeit, wirklich im hier und jetzt zu sein 🫂

mini-me wäre ziemlich sicher komplett ausgeflippt und ich werde es auch, wenn es mit euch in den norden geht @copenhagen_studios 👉👈
