Rainhill Trials Sept 2026
Heading out onto to the dance floor on your own hits different to competing in a team…. But having @laurawrightofficial and @shirl1984 alongside made it an amazing time!

Repping @adiraperformance masters.

Placed 10th overall and definitely raised the average age of all the competitors….

Little GreggyPegs is moving on to his forever home. We will miss this nugget so much. He is a dear gentle and sweet soul.

He is off to live his best life with his new family. I am very grateful to them for giving him the life and love he needs. He is one special boy. He will bring joy, cuddles and absolute devotion to his new humans and two new big dog brothers. by @frances0859

Adira Throwdown 2026

Entering my bulking era….
Eating with intention and training to grow. Mentally harder than I thought it would be. Let’s see how much almond butter and greek yogurt one middle aged crossfitter can consume this summer….

19.4 Oldie but a goodie.

46year old me against 39year old me.
2019 I got one of my first, very hard fought for, wonky bar muscle ups in the Open before I broke my wrist that summer….
2026 I got 24 bar muscle ups after a night shift and very little sleep.

Progress maybe slow but over enough years it’s significant.

Murph 2026
