Second hyrox in the books 💪 couldn’t be happier with the result!
🥈2nd in AG and 20th overall
✅ 6 minute PB
✅ 100 wall balls unbroken

I’m certain my amazing family cheering me on at every station and on every run gave me the energy I needed to push hard. I am so grateful for the support of my family on the day and during the months of training leading up to hyrox. I’m also very thankful to the @bft_pymble community for their support on the day and during each training session. I had an absolute blast training every week with these legends. taken in Sydney Olympic Park by @francescamarcon
