🎓 Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience with Minor in Biology

With Brains, Beauty, and Brows anything is possible! UTSA, you have given me the most memorable 4 years of my life.

I just want to express the love and gratitude i feel finishing up undergrad. so many ups and downs but somehow i still ended up walking the stage getting my degree. it wasn’t easy but it wasn’t impossible! i was once a 17 year old graduating high school thinking i never had the privilege of going to a 4 year university but with the hands of God — i’m 22 and i did it and looked good doing it!

i struggled, i cried, i failed, i thought of giving up but with my parents and friends support, i kept going because of them.

to nanay and tatay, i truly don’t know where id be if it wasn’t for you two. my degree is not only for me but para sa inyo. i wouldn’t be here walking the stage if it weren’t for the endless love and support you’ve provided for me. living on my own at 18 wasn’t the easiest adjustment but i knew i had to prove that i can be independent and resilient to survive adulthood and I finished out stronger and smarter! i am who i am now cause of you. i love you!

to my friends, you’ve each all individually have impacted me in different ways you can imagine and i’ve always dreamed of having genuine friendships and now i’m leaving with so many of them and i wouldn’t have had them any other way!

@utsafsa thank you. i gained my forever friends from different cultures AND backgrounds! high school was when i felt so out of touch with my culture but being in fsa has brought me back to my childhood memories that i almost have forgotten if it wasn’t for this org. thank you o line for being the best support system when i am unsure especially my execs. yall each hold a very special place in my heart! 💗i hope i have been a great role model in fsa because i truly want nothing but the best for an org that has given me everything i could’ve asked for and it was genuine friendships. i hope i have made a big impact in fsa as much as it has made a big impact in my life. but don’t worry! yall have me for 1 more sem and im gone for good :,) so i am enjoying the rest of my time that i have left. by @francescaramoss
