Startup Fest looked good on the city last week. @startupfest Startup Fest Montreal took over the city last week, a few days of founders, investors, and the usual mix of ambition and coffee (matcha for me), set against a backdrop of panels, pitch competitions, and after-hours mingling that spilled well past the official programming. The energy shifts every year, but this one felt different: more capital in the room, more international faces, more conversations that didn’t stay confined to business cards. Montreal keeps proving it can hold its own as a tech hub, not just for the ideas on stage, but for everything happening around them. by @franck_hendrix
