August 2026, I’ll be thinking about you 💭😌 by @francygarcilazo

I started taking my running a little more serious back in April. On top of that, I started taking biweekly classes with @colinhodgesfast While these may not be HUGE changes to some, they are to me. I’m also not at the lowest weight I’ve been, but staying active and being confident and comfortable in my own body is something I’ve always struggled with and we’re slowly getting there 😌 just a little motivation for your Monday, KEEP YOUR BODY MOVING & PUSH THROUGH THE UNCOMFORTABLE. by @francygarcilazo

First 10k race in the books ✔️ thankful for a body that allows me to stay active, reminder we can do hard things 🙂‍↕️

Thank you to my fiancé, dad, mom, little sister, and fur babies that went to support my little brother and I.

S/O to @betterbythemilerunclub for hosting a great event and for an even better cause. by @francygarcilazo

Second year doing the Dam Good Run! Not only did I beat my time by 2 minutes and 11 seconds, but my little brother joined me this time and I take that as a bigger win 😌 I feel a 10k coming soon… by @francygarcilazo
