My exhibit at the Mudlarking Exhibition at St Paul's Cathedral Crypt.
(The exhibit composition was based on Pieter Claesz's 'Still Life' paintings). My composition had 27 different mudlarking finds, including garnets! (I did have to replace the lemon I found on the foreshore a few weeks ago)!

'The Mosaic Circle' I created on my dining room table during Covid! Now printed as a poster It includes some of my finds from the River Thames foreshore currently on display. It was lovely to hear comments about it. One individual expressed that the 'The Mosaic Circle' reminded them about 'The Circle of Life'. Others selected their favourites, and it has become a 'talking point'. It was great to meet and chat with people today
Exhibition 'Discovered' at The Hold, Ipswich Suffolk. 3rd -17th August 2026. Monday to Saturday 10am - 5pm. Free admission. Enjoy!

🌞 You are all warmly invited to my 3rd mudlarking exhibition at The Hold, Ipswich, on 3rd - 17th August 2026. (Requested by my non-mudlarking community, who can not travel to London).
I will be at the exhibition on Wednesday 5th August from 10am until 3 pm. (There is a cafe adjacent to the exhibition!).
Nb The Hold is open from 10am - 5pm Monday - Saturday
Sunday Closed

Initially, I thought it was a button!!
Charles Ii silver hammered halfpenny c1660-62 (ref 3rd hammered issue) .
