🥇🥇🥇🥇 Congrats to Navarro Chamberlain for earning quadruple gold in the Masters 2 divisions at the IBJJF Virginia Open.

He won his weight classes in gi and no-gi then closed out both open classes with Coach Danny Mahoney.

This has been a hell of a run. Got promoted 2 months ago, turned around, double gold at atl, one more turn and I'm a pan champion for the 3rd time in a row! None of this seems real and I'm just enjoying the journey. Thank you to @crazy88mma @crazy88severnapark for dealing with my foolishness, and guiding me to these heights, @odyssey.strong for keeping my body strong and healthy this whole time, @catalyst_sportspt for repairing my leg to this extent and having me back on the mats in record time, and especially of course to my loving wife @britneybreaksbread for holding down the fort and enabling me to continue this sport. Nothing and no one I love and appreciate more than you. Now I'm gonna rest a bit and get repairs. Then it's on to worlds. by @frankenstein_bjj

🟤 New Levels, New devil. 🟤 There's been so many people that dragged me and pushed me to get to this point in my journey. Top of the list being my wife @britneybreaksbread supporting me in both good times and bad. Wins and losses. I would never be anywhere without her by my side. My training partners and teachers at @crazy88mma have been a second family through and through. This was achieved through countless drilling hours with great friends and hard competitors. And a lot of coffee. I pray I make you all proud. by @frankenstein_bjj

Appreciation post: with so much going on in the world today, and in my personal life, sometimes I have to take a second and appreciate all that I have. I appreciate my wife first and foremost, she has been nothing but a rock, an amazing partner, and everything I could have ever wanted. When I was a kid and I dreamed of being married, she's who I saw. And 11 years into our relationship, I still can't believe I'm living that dream. Lord knows I could have never dreamed of these two children. There is perfect and vibrant as I could ever have imagined and a pinch myself of every time they say. I love you Daddy. It's just slightly crazy to think all of you exist and chose me. I am thankful beyond words. by @frankenstein_bjj

Business trip to knock the rust off. Much to work on but glad I made it after the week I've had. Shout out to my teammates at @crazy88mma the prep work and special shout out to @bjj_picasso for coming with me and supporting me this entire time. You're a real one for that by @frankenstein_bjj

Flawless victory. 5-0 double gold @ the pans. No points conceded. Thank you to all my training partners at @crazy88mma and special shoutouts to the heavyweights getting me the extra rounds I needed to be prepared. None of this is done alone. Most importantly special thanks to my wife @britneybreaksbread for putting up with my foolishness night in and night out and holding down the fort while I was gone. You are my rock and I adore u. I know. It looks good. But it's not the standard. I won a lot and lost in the open class final of no gi. 3 gold's and a silver. I hate this feeling. So I'll take a break and come back train like it. Thank you to all my training partners and coaches at @crazy88mma for your guidance and special shout out to my wife @britneybreaksbread and my kids for putting up with me and giving me lots of love when I came home. I really don't have the appropriate words to express how blessed I am and I get to be your daddy. Every moment of your life has been nothing short of a joy and a blessing. Every hug every time you fall asleep in my arms, every time you scream for me to pick you up. And cherish every moment. Vividly and completely. Happy birthday my sweet Ardyn.
